Day 10! I made it! I know it’s only been 10 days, but you have to start somewhere. This morning I weighed myself and I was down to 169 lbs. Not too bad for 10 days.
Now comes the harder part. To keep eating healthy and not fall back into the bad habits from before. I’m going to keep the 80/20 rule in mind when looking for something to eat. This is a marathon, not a sprint.
