I am in the final push of the cleanse. Only a few more days to go. The challenge will be to continue eating healthy and not going back to some old habits. A good friend recommends the 80/20 rule. 80% healthy and 20% fun. You do need to enjoy sweets every so often, and I think that is a great rule to live by.
I am also excited to check on the results on Wednesday. I’m hoping to be down a few pounds and inches. We’ll see!
Tonight is the gym and the spin class. It’s hard, but I love it!
