Today is the half-way mark of the 10-day cleanse. I’m feeling much less bloated and tired. My energy is up and I feel like I have a little bit more of a pep in my step.
Tomorrow is Saturday and the weekends can be the hardest to keep on the plan. It is much easier for me to plan my meals during the week, since I am taking my lunch to work. At home it is much easier to grab something quick and not think about it. Weekends take more work, but it still can be done.
Tonight I am going to a church event, so I’ll have to be very careful what I eat. There should be something there, even if it is just a salad and some oranges. I’ll figure something out. I’ll let you know how I do.
I’m looking forward to Day 10, not just because I’ll be done, but because I’ll be able to take my measurements and see the changes.
