Not much new to comment on today. I did take the correct supplements this morning, which is the fiber drink. It’s flavored, but if you mix it with Spark, it’s really pretty good. And, it’s gentle, not a harsh cleanse, which is very nice.
Dinner last night was Pesto Chicken that my wife, Michelle, made. It was good! I also had a small salad and nothing for dessert (no sugar!). Talking about sugar, some people say they go through sugar withdrawal. I haven’t had that sensation, and I’m hoping I won’t. But if I haven’t gotten it now, I probably won’t.
Lastly, I took my measurements this morning. That is a better way to track your progress then just your weight. You could be losing fat, but gaining muscle, so your weight wouldn’t change much. Counting inches lost is a much better way to track your progress.
