I have a confession to make, I messed up on what supplements I was supposed to take today. I took the ones I am supposed to take tomorrow. So, tomorrow I will take the ones I was to take today and get back on track on day 5.
Now that my mind is clear I can move on.
Yesterday for dinner I had baked salmon with oil, pepper, dill weed and lemon, with brussell sprouts and rice. It was very good and very easy to make. Tonight, my wife has made chicken in the crock pot. I’m still not drinking enough water and need to work on that, but I am doing better.
I haven’t weighed myself yet, and don’t plan too until after the cleanse, but I do know I am feeling better.
