This morning I started the AdvoCare 10-day cleanse. It consists of eating no sugar, processed foods, high-fat foods and fried-foods. You can eat fruits, vegetables, fish, nuts, chicken, etc., while also taking a fiber drink and other supplements. (I’ll get into more detail on those as the cleanse continues.
My main goal is to lose weight (I weighed myself last night and I am at about 173 lbs). But, this is also a chance to feel better and not so sluggish. This cleanse really helps get your energy back and all-around, just feel better.
